Khaire passed away last night. He'd been sick for a while and weak, but apparently, he passed away peacefully in his sleep. May his sould rest in peace. He was about 13 years of age. And he has been a good dog, a member of my family. 2006 does not seem like a good year for me......... i had hoped to meet him this winter, had i been able to go. now even the prospect of that seems bleak. oh well, have an exam to worry about and a presentation. pray for me, to whatever you believe in :) or raise a drink in my name......

many years ago there used to be a bhote kukur in my uncle's home called khairey. we were fond of him even though he showed his 'risaha bhote' nature regularly.

reminds me of dogs we had.. the first one as my parents tell jumped off the roof to scare someone who was teasing him.. was a nice dog..
